The apartment complex

The Characters all live on the third floor of the same apartment complex, which is owned by one of the Player Characters.
It’s one of the few non–Corporate owned apartments in Night City, four blocks away from the Combat Zone.
Because its in the Combat Zone there is no property tax because no government entity oversees it, the rent helps cover for repairs and bribes.
The bribes are paid to an NPC called Rex who then uses that money, not all of it, to keep the nearby booster gangs at bay.
But all of this is being threatened to be taken away when the big corporation called WorldSAT say they want to build a big frequency tower where the building currently stands.
After interacting with a few of the neighbours someone notices a black car that has been parked outside the apartment all day. Near the vehicle, two private security in Militech uniforms guard a man standing in front of an easel, making measurements while operating a set of cameras mounted to each shoulder.
After a confrontation with the guardsmen and the man with the easel, if the group was able to spot what was on the easel and the date they will know what happens on the day after.
The day after the CitiNet goes down in a quarter mile radius centered around the apartment building. Rendering communication via agent useless. Simultaneously, discreetly placed radio jammers all over the same area shut down radio–based communications. WorldSat giveth, WorldSat taketh away. People panic, and 90 percent of the apartment goes into hiding. The remaining 10 percent arm themselves. The neighbours from Part Two are part of the 10 percent.
Conclusion, If the apartment building is still standing in the morning, the Characters are victorious. Sometime during the following day, the jammers hidden in neighbouring buildings are discovered and destroyed. The CitiNet is also restored to the area. The other tenants in the apartment building throw a party for the Characters.
